Hedge Out privacy policy

Hedge Out is published by Alvaro Hernandez under the studio name Rethinking It Twice. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to Alvaro Hernandez. This policy explains how the game handles game data, purchases, and support requests.

Game progress and preferences

Hedge Out stores game progress and preferences on your device. The game does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics, and does not send your gameplay or saved progress to our servers. You do not need a game account to play.

App Store purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store. The game uses StoreKit to check whether you own the full-game unlock. We do not receive your payment card details.

Apple processes App Store information under its own App Store privacy policy. Apple may provide developers with purchase records and aggregated reports about their apps.

Deleting local data

Deleting the app removes its local game data. Device backups may retain a copy according to your backup settings. Apple retains purchase records, allowing eligible purchases to be restored after reinstalling.

Restoring a purchase restores access to the full campaign. It does not restore deleted local game progress.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can answer your request. This may include your device model, game version, a description of the problem, or screenshots you provide. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

Resolved support conversations are deleted after 12 months, except records needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact support@rethinkingittwice.com with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us. We do not have a server copy of your saved game to access or delete.
